Nick Savage is the editor of Foodism and Escapism magazines and has been a regular contributor to Square Mile and Hedge for nearly 15 years. He writes about a wide variety of subjects, ranging from wine, spirits, cooking, and restaurants to adventure sports such as ultramarathons and mountain running, backcountry snowboarding, mountain biking, mountaineering, kayaking and more. However, they say the first cut is the deepest, and this is patently the case with Nick's love for travel writing.
