Nick Savage is the editor of Foodism and Escapism magazines and has been a regular contributor to Square Mile and Hedge for nearly 15 years. He writes about a wide variety of subjects, ranging from wine, spirits, cooking, and restaurants to adventure sports such as ultramarathons and mountain running, backcountry snowboarding, mountain biking, mountaineering, kayaking and more.
