What's better than an ice cold pint of beer and some meaty nibbles? Nope, we can't think of anything... Luckily, Sourced Market is on hand to indulge that particular foodie fantasy of ours with a new beer and charcuterie pairing event, taking place at its latest pop-up in Old Street Tube station.
Master charcutier Matt Atkinson from Cobble Lane Cured and craft beer sommelier Ric Brown will be on hand to chat atendees through the unique pairings. Each attendee will be able to taste six specially selected craft beers to be matched with six different types of charcuterie. Heaven.
