If the desk job isn't quite fulfilling your latent urge to fly through the air at neck-breaking speed, Breitling has provided just the tonic in the form of an aeroplane simulator, coming right from the centre of Canary Wharf, in association with Goldsmiths Jewellers in Canada Place. Breitling's Navitimer watch will supply the eye candy and the simulator will provide the competition – the pilot who clocks the fastest time on the simulator will be invited to fly with the Breitling Jet Team, the world's only aerobatics display team to take passengers.
