Executive chef Jean-Philippe Blondet has constructed a menu that perfectly encapsulates all the joys of autumn. Think wild boar ravioli and game consommé; mallard pâté en croûte, pickled condiment; and braised shoulder of venison. The only thing left to figure out is a reason not to head back to the office…
