Chicago brewer Goose Island is hosting the first ever London leg of its celebrated Block Party.
The one-day event held at Shoreditch's Red Market on Saturday 24 September will bring the spirit of Chicago to East London, providing bands, local street food and of course a chance to try some of Goose Island's great beers, including some rare tappings courtesy of a "Vintage Tap Room'.
In honour of its London links, the Block Party will feature a pop-up pub, John's Tavern. Featuring dartboards and a 'sing-along piano', the pop-up should ensure nobody gets too disorientated by the American invasion.
