Nothing like a bit of competitive gluttony: City stalwart Coq d’Argent is celebrating Shrove Tuesday this year with a special, pancake-themed Man vs. Food challenge. Guests will be challenged to eat a stack of ten pancakes, served alongside blueberry compote, maple syrup and creme Chantilly, all within an hour. The winner will be awarded a champagne breakfast for two. If this all sounds delicious but you prefer to enjoy your food at a more leisurely pace, fear not – the restaurant is still open for normal business with pancake specials.
