If you're fed up of commuters rubbing you up the wrong way on the Tube, go get high. At Skylounge’s outdoor roof terrace, obviously. It's taken its inspiration from the little-known island of Nantucket in Massachusetts, and has installed its own lighthouse, as well as swinging benches that are perfect for swigging a Snow Queen-vodka slush puppy cocktail on. (Don't have too many or you might feel swing sick – it's a thing, trust us.) The pop-up bar is as close to Nantucket, New England, as you're going to get via the District line.
The Nantucket Beach Club bar is open from 3pm to 10pm every Wednesday to Saturday from 1 May - 30 September, at DoubleTree Hilton, Tower Hill.
