If you need a holiday but can’t escape the clutches of the City, even for the weekend, then chances you need to find another way to get away from it all.

Have you considered Peru? Peruvian cuisine, that is. If not, then it’s about time you do – and where better to start than a killer collaboration between restaurants Sushisamba and the Michelin-starred Lima.

Hosted by executive chef of Sushisamba, Claudio Cardoso, and world-renowned chef Virgilio Martinez of Lima London and Central in Lima, Peru, this will be a unique chance to experience the height of Peruvian cuisine in the beautiful surroundings of the 110 Bishopsgate’s 38th floor.

The eight-course menu celebrates the rich culinary heritage of the South American country, showcasing a complex pallet of unusual flavours with plenty of artistic flair.

The festivities will continue after dinner with Sushisamba's lounge and bar featuring special live entertainment and DJs until late.

The experience costs £150 per person, including an eight course-sharing menu with a Peruvian-style welcome cocktail plus live entertainment.
