Bounce is launching a pro-fitness month to support customers trying to steer clear of their vices with the most fun you can have of an evening without a drink in your hand. Pro coaches are on hand to add some pizazz to ping pong skills and delicious non-alcoholic cocktails will be served alongside health-conscious treats on the menu.
Throughout January, Bounce is also offering pro coaching nights on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4pm for those who want to come away with some new-found skills. And if you thought ping pong was a low-intensity sport, think again: beginners will burn between 200 and 350 calories an hour and advanced players can look to be burning off 500. So there you have it – Bounce will make sure you don't drop the ball, in more ways than one.
