Sunshine, style, gelato and grub: It’s a universal fact that the Italians do it better. Luckily, a taste of the Tricolore is coming to the banks of the River Thames this summer (along with some of its sunshine too, hopefully). Michelin-starred chefs Theo Randall and Phil Howard have partnered up with San Pellegrino to create a fine dining Italy-meets-Britain pop-up.
Served across two separate evenings in July, Randall and Howard will each create a bespoke three-course menu, bringing the art of Italian cuisine to life using ingredients associated with the British Isles that are characteristic of traditional British fare.
Following a sparkling reception, guests will be able to watch Phil and Theo live in action as they give demonstrations of each course in an intimate candlelit setting. You’ll then tuck into a slap-up three-course meal, paired with Italian fine wines.
