If you're looking to absorb some culture, why not get two in one? That's what you'll get on City Cruises' sightseeing tours throughout April, where the tour operator will host performances of poetry and plays from the iconic playwright.
As well as his best-known works, there'll be sonnets and sketches, as well as demonstrations of how Shakespearean phrases have thrived in the English language today. All from the beautiful setting of a boat on the Thames, which goes past some of Shakespeare's infamous London haunts.
