This coming Saturday seventeen of the UK’s top chefs will battle it out, burger style, to be crowned ‘Slider Decider 2016’.
The event - hosted by journalist and food writer, Joe Warwick - will take place at busy Broadgate Circle where foodies can witness and taste some of the most creative burgers and hot sandwiches around. The chefs will rotate on a number of slider stations, whilst selling their delicious treats to, by that time, a very hungry crowd.
All guests will receive three ‘Champion Slider’ stickers which they must allocate to their favourite chefs throughout the day. At 4pm, the chef with the most stickers will be crowned ‘People’s Choice Winner.’ Meanwhile, an array of high profile judges, including our very own Associate Editor of Foodism, Mike Gibson, will be on site to determine who will win the ultimate title of Slider Decider 2016.
The Slider Decider 2016 is a free event to attend, with all sliders priced at just £3 each. The event will be held on 10th September from midday onwards at Broadgate Circle.
