Raise a glass to Fiz, Soho's first wine pop up bar

London's first pop up sparkling wine bar is coming to Soho. The brainchild of three friends interested in vibrant and sociable food, they will be setting up camp at Lights of Soho art gallery and taking inspiration from the Barcelona food and drink scene.

Prosecco will invariably feature heavily on the menu thanks to a partnership with The Knotted Wine food merchant, with a range of global fizz from the UK, Spain, Italy and Australia competing to be poured.

Affordability is a staple, so you'll get to enjoy a glass of bubbly for as little as £4.50 and a bottle from £22.

And following Barcelona's philosophy, nibbles are partnered with wine. Tapas style dishes created by head chef, Max Bigland include seasonal ingredients such as cheese from Cheeses of Muswell Hill, meat from Butcher's Block, smoked trout from Chalk Steam and organic bread from Celtic Bakers.

On the weekend bottomless sparking brunch is also available for £22 per person, which includes endlessly flowing bubbly, poached egg muffins, buttermilk pancakes and avocado yogurt pots.
