From 20-23 November the East End will be home to Taste of London Winter – uniting London's best chef and restaurant talent, in partnership with Electrolux. Formally known as Taste of Christmas, the four-day show will be held in Tobacco Dock, celebrating London's diverse and thriving restaurant scene.
The event will host three time Best in Taste winner Pascal Aussignac of Club Gascon, who is returning to the festival this year alongside other Taste favourites including Barbecoa, Benares and the Truscott Arms. With the theme for 2014 being 'Forgotten Foods', visitors can look forward to chefs working with ingredients, skills and techniques not commonly used today.
