The Other Art Fair is back for its tenth year this October, celebrating a week's worth of art from 130 of the newest and best emerging and undiscovered artists.
Highlights of this year’s fair include The Green Room, which acts as both a hidden absinthe bar and art installation. Rebecca Mason’s neon light artworks will welcome unsuspecting visitors into this secret space, which is decorated to resemble her own living room. Through an interactive performance she will provide guests with the opportunity to engage with her art, relax with an absinthe cocktail, before dosing up on enough Dutch courage to unburden themselves of their sins by offering up confessions in written form. The written notes will then be included in an installation piece that will sit outside The Green Room for the public to view. Just make sure no one recognises your handwriting…
Guest artists at this year's fair also include Tracey Emin, who will be launching two new limited edition prints as well as an exclusive poster for £50. Meaning you impress your dinner party guests when they find an original Emin hanging in your bathroom.
