Get down to The Telegraph Outdoor and Adventure Travel Show for an active adrenaline-fuelled day out this weekend. Guests can try their hand at a range of free interactive experiences in the Climb & Adventure Zone including a Climbing Wall, Free Drop Experience and even race each other on the world's longest zipwire. Top climbers and adventurers will share their expertise including Coldest Journey expedition leader Brian Newham, Adventure filmmaker Alastair Lee, Sean Conway and Alan Hinkes, the first Briton to climb the world’s fourteen 8000m+ mountains.

The event will also become a hotspot for globe trotting adventurers as travel experts from around the world come together in the Telegraph Adventure Travel Zone. Speakers, including Olympian and adventurer James Cracknell, BBC Security Correspondent Frank Gardner and Telegraph Travel Editor Charles Starmer-Smith, will be sharing their hidden gems. And if all that leaves you feeling a bit tired, head next door for a drink and admire the stunning photographs in the National Geographic Traveller Cafe.
