UK Challenge

The UK Challenge is the UK’s leading corporate team building event, providing companies with an epic, adrenaline fuelled adventure and powerful business benefits 

70 teams, each consisting of 6 people, will be tested intellectually, strategically and physically in a bid to complete a series of missions in the least amount of time possible during the three day, three night event. Missions could involve navigating through forest by torch light, kayaking through wide open lakes or cycling through woodland trails, all in bid to reach checkpoints where teams will have to solve puzzles and decipher codes. 

As the event progresses, participants’ ability to work under pressure, lead their team, communicate effectively and work as a cohesive unit should improve considerably. It has been statistically proven that the development of these skills, along with many others acquired throughout the duration of the event, improves participants’ performance back in the workplace.
