1. The Yacht: 88 Princess Motor Yacht
You'll feel like you've made it sitting aboard a Princess – even if you're docked in the River Thames rather than the Cote D'Azur. Celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, the Plymouth-based brand will have three of its yachts – the V72, 88 Motor Yacht (above) and the 98 Motor Yacht – moored at St Katharine Docks. We dare you to sing I'm on a Boat when you get there.

2. The Jet: Eclipse 550
f you plan on taking the new Eclipse 550 for a spin, you'll want the specs: it soars to altitudes of up to 41,000 feet, has a maximum cruise of 430 mph, and is the world's most efficient twin-engine jet. If you're the sort that's flown, you'll be pleased to know that it's just as comfy as sitting in any luxury limo – but the view out the window's better, obvs.

3. The Prestige Car: Noble M600 Speedster
Bespoke British supercar firm Noble will debut its open-topped, carbon-bodied M600 Speedster at this year's London show. Power comes from the 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine, which can reach top speeds of 200mph. Inside, it's fitted with leather trim, carbon fibre panels and an Alcantara-clad steering wheel. Forgive us while we drool a little bit…
