SM: How does BoBo work?

HG: BoBo was designed with flexibility, convenience, and financial control at its core. It is the first platform of its kind to offer multi-tiered cash flow and household management – our hallmark feature.

Through one comprehensive digital platform, BoBo members can issue high-limit accounts to family members and staff, manage payments on behalf of clients, reconcile expenses, handle administrative tasks, and access bespoke concierge services.

SM: Are there different membership levels?

HG: Yes, we have three membership levels: Debutant, Star, and the pinnacle of BoBo membership, Legend. Each offers access to a global concierge team as standard. Members can delegate financial admin while knowing that lifestyle arrangements can be made with ease.

Legend members have a dedicated relationship manager, available 24/7 to fulfil any personal request making BoBo truly bespoke to individual lifestyle needs.

SM: What are the dedicated relationship managers able to arrange?

HG: Really anything – our relationship managers are there to facilitate the unattainable.

This can include unique travel experiences, including private jet and yacht arrangements, to arranging personal celebrations and events; securing reservations at Michelin-starred restaurants to connecting members to a black book of contacts from experts in wealth management and real estate, to the best wellness clinics and private education contacts.

All BoBo members also have privileged access to exclusive events, including concerts, fashion shows, and live sports and more.

SM: Tell us more about the payment wearables?

HG: Providing ease of payment for our members, we have introduced a unique selection of payment wearables that seamlessly fit into lives, work across borders, and offer a discreet payment solution – chips can be embedded into individual accessories from bracelets, rings and watch straps to gloves and cufflinks.

SM: What’s next for BoBo?
