NEW & LINGWOOD

NEW & LINGWOOD Classics Collection

The frivolities of Christmas and New Year are a booze-addled distant memory now. School is firmly back in session. And where better to jumpstart a 2025 wardrobe refresh than with New & Lingwood?

The company was founded in 1865 in Eton – and its history is closely intertwined with the traditions of Eton College. It’s long since expanded its portfolio beyond school uniforms, though.

A firm fixture on Jermyn Street for more than a century, the distinguished British heritage brand now crafts just about everything a modern man needs for dressing to impress.

Take, for example, the Classics Collection: the brand’s expression of enduring British style – designed to last for decades, not seasons. Each piece is crafted with New & Lingwood’s relaxed and refined design ethos, integrating the finest cloths and yarns from renowned British and Italian mills.

Yuhaku

Wallets

They say money never sleeps, but when it needs to rest a while, it couldn’t find a better home than a Yuhaku wallet.

From its Yokohama workshop in the heart of Japan’s Kanagawa Prefecture, Yuhaku artisans mix and create custom dyes for all their leather products, which are then applied by adapted patina techniques. By carefully dyeing and polishing each piece of leather, they’re able to create a deep colour that retains transparency while still taking advantage of the natural characteristics of the leather, such as the tiger pattern and intricate veins. Each Yuhaku wallet is also hand stitched and burnished by the artisans.

Yuhaku is available at Arterton, a London-based design atelier of sartorial and lifestyle products, located at 12 & 13 Princes Arcade. The Patina Bi-Fold Wallet, one of Arterton’s bestselling wallets, features eight card slots, one bill compartment and two sleeve compartments. Yuhaku's level of detail and craftsmanship elevates this everyday necessity to a work of art.

£360, available in a classic Charcoal or Brown Patina. Arterton also has cardholders and keychains available in an array of colours, including a vibrant purple.

Ben Sherman

Brighton to Amalfi

Ben Sherman Brighton to Amalfi

Stroll down Brighton Beach on a blustery February day, and you’ll be hard pressed to make a connection with the sun-dappled Portofino. But Ben Sherman has used a little imagination to fuse Brighton’s history of coastal cool and vintage flair with the Italian Riviera’s timeless charm in its SS25 ‘Brighton to Amalfi’ collection.

Throw in some 1960s jazz influences and iconic Breton stripes, and you’ll be ready for the summer quicker than you can say, ‘Pass the sunscreen.’

David Gandy Wellwear

Wellwear Restore

David Gandy Wellwear

If you’re going to lounge around the place, at least look like David Gandy lounging around the place, right? Especially if said loungewear is actively aiding in your recovery.

David Gandy Wellwear Restore is a new collection of elevated essentials designed for post-workout recovery, or after a long day of sitting at a desk.

Wellwear Restore absorbs your body heat and reflects it back to you in the form of FIR (Far Infrared) rays. The heat generated by FIR makes your muscles relax, which in turn increases blood flow, sending more of the good stuff (nutrients, oxygen, white blood cells and antibodies) around your body. This flood of goodness gives you increased energy levels and helps repair muscle damage, therefore supporting your recovery, comfort and well-being.

What’s more, the clever minerals that make this happen are added to the yarn itself (rather than the fabric’s surface) meaning the effect is permanent and can’t wash out.
