Perched high above the shimmering Caribbean, Cabot Saint Lucia has unveiled a new jewel in its crown: The Casitas. These six two-bedroom residences, priced from $2.85 million USD, bring a sophisticated twist to island living, pairing sleek tropical modern design with breathtaking ocean panoramas. Balanced and meticulously planned, each home features two private primary bedroom suites flanking a central open-plan living, dining, and entertaining space.
Wide glass doors spill onto a shaded deck with an infinity pool, while luxury outdoor showers off each suite invite guests to wash under the sky. The interiors capture the spirit of the modern Caribbean – bold colours, playful patterns, and sun-washed textures—layered with heritage-inspired touches such as weathered woods and artisanal finishes, creating spaces that feel at once vibrant and deeply rooted.
The allure of Cabot Saint Lucia extends far beyond the front door. Golf enthusiasts gravitate to the Point Hardy Golf Club, crafted by two-time The Masters champion Ben Crenshaw and design partner Bill Coore, while non-golfers find their own pleasures in tennis, pickleball, and padel courts, stylish beach club lounging, or leisurely lunches at one of several restaurants and halfway houses dotting the property.
Saint Lucia’s reputation for the Caribbean’s most dramatic views – crowned by the UNESCO-listed Pitons means real estate here commands a premium. For many buyers, the connection to the view is everything, and in Cabot’s elevated setting, the sights are as much a part of the home as its walls.

That connection to place runs deeper than scenery. Cabot Saint Lucia has also invested in local culture, most notably through the revival of Marjorie’s, a beloved beach café that has become an island institution. Nestled on Cas en Bas beach, the new state-of-the-art restaurant and bar was a gift to owner Marjorie Lambert, realised with the help of local contractors and Cabot’s own team, including founder and CEO Ben Cowan-Dewar.
At the reopening, Lambert declared, “The dream has come true. I waited and it happened.” Among those celebrating the milestone were acting Prime Minister Dr. Ernest Hilaire, Honourable Stevenson King, and local tourism officials, underscoring the project’s significance.

Cowan-Dewar reflected on her journey from selling food on the beach to running an iconic brand, expressing pride that visitors and locals alike will enjoy this new chapter. He said: "I'm so happy for Marjorie. I want her to thrive because when you think of the origins of Marjorie’s Restaurant, this enterprise came about simply by her trying to find a means of income by attempting to develop a trade right here on the beach."
"We've got a great team and we've worked with all local contractors to bring it together to this conclusion. And the great thing is that the Cabot Club members and guests are going to be able to come down to this establishment and enjoy themselves at this incredible building, with the wonderful ocean views right here at Cas en Bas beach."
For Cabot, The Casitas may offer luxury living at its most refined, but it’s the blend of community, culture, and landscape that truly makes this hilltop haven shine.
