How to travel in ultimate luxury and style
Sod EasyJet – travelling in luxury as part of the jet set is way more fun. Welcome to the style-high club…

The yacht: Princess 75
Among the fleet of impressive floating palaces on display at the London Boat Show this month was the Princess 75 Motor Yacht. From the outside, she’s all clean lines and nimble styling, with clever design quirks including a modified deep V-hull that reduces friction on the water and enables the boat to plane at lower speeds. Step inside and you’re welcomed with a chic, voluminous interior complete with dining section, relaxation areas and three plush en-suite guest cabins. You’ll find us on the sun deck, though, cruising along and breathing in that salty sea air.

The jet: Gulfstream G500
When Gulfstream launches a new jet it’s the aeronautical equivalent of Ferrari and Rolls-Royce launching a new mega-car: it’s the height of speed and luxury combined. Every aspect of the all-new Gulfstream G500’s design and performance is dedicated to the fastest flight possible, while inside, it’s devoted to providing the most comfortable interior in the sky. It fits up to 19 (eight if you’re sleeping) – and can fly as far as 9,260km. It will fly up to Mach 0.925 – so only the odd Typhoon will overtake you.

The car: Rolls Royce Wraith History of Rugby
Arriving in style is something a Rolls-Royce pretty much guarantees. Of course, to really make a statement on British soil, you could plump for the latest offering from Rolls’s Bespoke team, which normally only creates one-offs for its most exacting customers. The Wraith – History of Rugby is painted in English White paying homage to the England team. The English red rose is stitched into the leather seats of this bespoke Wraith and appears on exterior badging, too. The 6.6-litre twin turbo V12 engine packs a punch that any forward would be proud of, while the 624bhp hurls this heavyweight to 60mph in 4.4 seconds which is downright indecent for something approaching 2.5 tonnes. Rolls Royce is changing. There are more models in the pipeline which will attract a wider and younger buyer while maintaining its traditional values. The future is bright; can we say the same about English rugby? rollsroycemotorcars.com
