We like to think of ourselves as fairly discerning, urbane jet-setters – we're sure you do, too – hopping from New York to Saint Tropez, from business to pleasure. But when it comes to suit shopping, there’s nothing like having your favourite tailor on your doorstep.
As it happens, Oliver Brown specialises in dressing discerning, urbane jet-setters – and has opened a new store on the City of London’s doorstep – 66-67 Cornhill, to be exact.
Positioned between the prestigious Royal Exchange and the buzz of Leadenhall Market, it’s a short walk from Bank or Liverpool Street, catering to City professionals London seeking contemporary tailoring cut from a classic British tradition.
Oliver Brown is synonymous with timeless style and premium craftsmanship across its ready-to-wear, Made-to-Measure, and Bespoke services. It proudly sources the majority of its fabrics from esteemed British mills in the North of England and Scotland.
The new City store presents the latest SS24 collection alongside a comprehensive range of ready-to-wear and formal and casual attire, including suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, and luxury accessories, as well as offering Made to Measure and hire options.
Plus, Oliver Brown is the official Top Hat Licensee for Royal Ascot – and the new store boasts a collection of its signature antique silk top hats, as well.
In celebration of the new opening, Oliver Brown has also launched a limited-edition dinner jacket (£695) – pictured above. Crafted from bamboo cloth, it features a shawl lapel, single-button front closure, and a four-button working cuff. Its soft, breathable fabric ensures comfort, making it ideal for the warmer months ahead. Here’s hoping you have the celebration to warrant it. But hey, you’re a discerning, urbane jet-setter, right? You’ll find an excuse, no problem.
The new Oliver Brown Cornhill store, located at 66-67 Cornhill, is now open from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. See more at oliverbrown.org.uk
