Thanks to its innovative interchangeable heel elements, luxury Swiss sneaker brand Vyn is arguably the world’s first genuinely renewable sneaker – and is set to reimagine how consumers approach purchasing premium trainers.
Through its eco-innovation, Vyn presents a new-wave in sustainable sneakers with a unique approach combining personalisation with a significant impact on the environment.
With a longer lifespan than traditional sneakers, Vyn's changeable heel elements, fused with the very best in materials and Italian craftsmanship means that the brand also adheres to the ‘buy less, but better’ mindset, with a vision to adapt a complete responsible lifecycle model in the future,
Priced at £435, Vyn has launched in 2-in-1 collection for this latest Autumn season. The sneakers allow wearers to create their own bespoke looks by interchanging and mixing the included additional heel elements.
Creating the opportunity to personalise and renew those favourite trainers, Vyn presents four colour options in the heel counters and five colours in the heels as well as six main sneaker colours of Tan, Navy, Bordeaux, Military Green, Greige and the classic Off White.
“Vyn is not just a sneaker brand but creates a different look at what the future of footwear looks like," says designer and co-founder Catherine Meuter. “Vyn provides options of coloured details that VYN owners can enjoy and interchange. It’s a trainer with multiple looks in one shoe, enhancing longevity in both style and design."
Prior to the onboarding of new retailers, Vyn remains part of the Ecological Emporium in Piccadilly Arcade, which celebrates its first anniversary this month.
The newly announced retailers in the UK are Autograph Birmingham, Zoofashions.com, Michael Chell UK, Maison 49 as well as Level Shoes in Dubai.
