Money mightn’t grow on trees but Budweiser Budvar has created the next best thing: an actual beer tree.
The Budvar Beer Tree will be the centrepiece of the brand’s immersive pop-up experience The Republic of Beer, coming to Observation Point for two days in September.
As the national brewery of the Czech Republic, Budweiser Budvar has represented one of the greatest beer cultures in the world since 1895.
It originates from the city of 'Budweis' where beer has been slow-brewed using the finest local ingredients for nearly a thousand years. The Republic of Beer pop-up will bring a taste of that quality to London.
At the pop-up, guests will be presented with their own passport and then get the chance to pick their own chilled beer from the Budvar Beer Tree. Ambassadors from the Republic of Beer will be on-hand to help and there will be lots of space to sit back and enjoy the taste and character of Budvar's iconic, slow-aged Czech lager. A city break with none of the travel hassle.
Still have a thirst? Take your passport and head to a nearby participating bar for a free pint of Budvar. Na zdraví! (That’s cheers in Czech.)
