Singer, songwriter and very good at hide and seek – Stealth has numerous strings to his bow.
(OK, we're guessing on the hide and seek, but you can't call yourself Stealth if you're naturally clumsy.)
He also has a fine taste in films, mainlining Disney on a hangover – it's a pro move for soothing the body and soul.
More importantly, best wishes to his dad, recently discharged from hospital after a bout of you-know-what. Hopefully the family will be sharing a few pub pints sooner rather than later!
Life
What upcoming project(s) are you most excited about?
Well since I've just release a single ‘Other Lives’ (available on all good streaming platforms). Between promoting that, I'm looking forward to my next single really.
Currently just getting all the boring stuff done like contracts. But then the excitement starts again gearing up to another release.
What is your proudest professional accomplishment?
Recording with the Dap Kings on Black Heart. I've always been a huge fan of theirs and to get the opportunity was a dream come true. Those guys can seriously play.
If you could change one thing about your career, what would it be?
Theres very little if I'm honest, Maybe that I got to where I am a little faster but then again the battle is all part of it.
What do you hope to achieve that you haven’t yet?
Theres so much I haven’t achieved yet the list would be endless. But I'll take what ever comes my way.
Outside of your family, who is / was your biggest inspiration?
Bill Withers and he recently passed away, I'm devastated. ‘Ain't No Sunshine' was one of the first songs I sang in front of a crowd. But his songwriting was immense and the way he carried him self. The man is a legend.
Tell us something nobody knows about you…
My favourite Disney film is Tangled. I watch so much Disney stuff when I'm hungover, it's all I can cope with due to my Hanxiety.
Lockdown
How are you finding lockdown?
It's tough, but I'm doing ok. I shaved my head day two because I was bored. Thats a normal coping mechanism isn’t it?
Best thing about lockdown?
Day Pyjamas and Night Pyjamas. Pyjamas 24/7
Worst thing about lockdown?
The fact the sun is out all the bloody time. It's like it's laughing at us.
Top tip for surviving lockdown?
You have time now to learn that thing you’ve always wanted to. Watch that show. Read that book.
Use the time as an opportunity to get the stuff done you wouldn’t have otherwise been able to then you will feel a sense of achievement each day.
If you could be locked down with one person, alive or dead, who would it be?
If I don’t say my girlfriend I think she would murder me. And I am in lockdown with her so nowhere to hide unfortunately. So I will have to say my girlfriend.
What are you most looking forward to doing once lockdown is over?
Seeing my family. My dad had Covid 19 and has just come out of hospital. It's been very hard not being able to go back up north to see them so I'm very much looking forward to seeing them.
Apart from that, can't wait to go to the pub!
