Ribble has another winner. Using the latest R&D technologies, precision design and engineering, The Tour 21 Alumni Limited Edition Ultra SL R has been created to make a striking statement.
The bike was designed for The Tour 21, the event created by footballing legend and cancer survivor Geoff Thomas MBE, who has been prolific in raising awareness and fundraising with his cycling tour endeavours. With The Tour 21, Thomas annually conquers all 21 stages of the Tour de France as a tribute to the medical professionals who helped him and countless other patients fighting their own battle against leukaemia.
Masterminded by Ribble’s Head of Product and ex-pro tour rider Jamie Burrow – himself no stranger to the challenges of completing a Tour – the Alumni Limited Edition is a special tribute to a great cause. The fully integrated design has created a superbike that embodies out-and-out speed.
The bike also looks a million dollars. The bespoke colourway is an ode to the football kit of Geoff’s former club Crystal Palace and includes pearlescent white frame, metallic midnight blue and reflex blue with striking sporting red accents, offset by 24 carat gold-leaf detailing. No doubt you’ll travel as fast as an eagle when you ride it, too.
Built as a limited edition, Ribble’s Tour 21 Alumni Limited Edition Ultra SL R is only available to Tour 21 riders, with each bike individually hand built, hand painted and personally signed by Geoff Thomas. Best of all, proceeds from your purchase will go to Cure Leukaemia. The bike is equipped with Shimano Dura-Ace Di2, Zipp 454 NSW carbon wheels and Selle Italia SLR Boost 3D Kit Carbonio Superflow 3D-printed saddle.
Get on your bike and join The Tour.
