Cufflinks are one of the few areas of a man’s work wardrobe where he can show genuine individuality. And they don’t come much more individual than Abi Insoll’s vintage button cufflinks.

Every cufflink is handmade mounting vintage buttons onto rhodium-plated sterling silver. The buttons are made from metal, horn or glass, and due to their scarcity each style is limited to a few pairs.

They are masterminded by Abi Hollaway, an independent designer and maker of fine jewellery. She has exhibited her jewellery at The Goldsmiths Hall and the Design Centre, and works with platinum, gold and occasionally silver, often paired with precious and semi-precious stones.

Although Abi’s background is in jewellery, she’s turned her hand expertly to these limited-edition cufflinks

Each pair is handmade and finished to the highest quality in her workshop situated on Eel Pie Island, a colourful, eclectic community on the Thames, where everything is handmade.

Although Abi’s background is in jewellery – especially bespoke creations – she’s turned her hand expertly to these limited-edition men’s accessories.
Vintage button cufflinks fill a much needed gap in the market for well made, colourful and unique cufflinks. The buttons vary from late 19th century to the 1970s, and are sourced from all over the world.

Each pair comes in a stylish box with a card to tell the owner the pair number and how many pairs there are in their chosen particular style.
