The Cocchi Negroni class

If you haven’t had a Negroni in 2016, you haven’t been living. Three simple ingredients: gin, vermouth, and campari combine to make the perfect aperitif. London Cocktail Week has its very own cocktail village, where different pop-up bars will be keeping punters well oiled each day. One of the UK’s foremost mixologists, Tony Congliaro, is the star attraction. He’s teamed up with CASK to offer seven twists on classic cocktails. Bartender at Large screening with Erick Castro and Fords Gin
