Want to see into someone's soul? (Or their routine?) Reach for their phone.
As part of a new series, we're delving into the smart devices of the great and good to discover what makes them tick.
First up, meet personal trainer Glenn Higgins, whose Get Kids Moving YouTube channel has proved a godsend for parents during the past few months.
The videos allow children to workout alongside their favourite superheroes, from Captain America to Batman.
Higgins co-created the channel with Blair Dreelan, formerly the lead singer of East 17.
Our ideal superhero workout partner? Thor. The Avengers: Endgame version. We'd lose that lockdown body together.
