When you’re the oldest watch manufacturer in continuous production, you don’t take history lightly. Having produced some of the world’s greatest watches for nearly 270 years, it makes sense to look after your own – both your watches and your heritage.
So when it comes to buying a pre-owned Vacheron, the brand is taking matters into its own hands with a new Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) programme.
In the new CPO, each watch is inspected, certified, and maintained by Vacheron Constantin’s master watchmakers. The result is a timepiece that comes complete with a minimum two-year warranty, a unique digital passport (which leverages blockchain tech) for transparency, and a certification letter. The watch is even delivered in a suitably posh pouch with a seal confirming its authenticity.
The CPO programme, launched globally in collaboration with Watchfinder, underscores Vacheron Constantin’s commitment to crafting timepieces with enduring value.
Vacheron Constantin was already set up to make the system a success as its Restoration department has the ability to restore any watch dating back to 1755, using original components and historical expertise. And its Les Collectionneurs collection has been a pioneering force in this arena, offering vintage, expertly restored watches (again, available with a two-year warranty) at its boutiques.
With the new CPO, you can also trade in your old Vacheron watches at select boutiques for credit toward new purchases, facilitated by Watchfinder’s trade-in service. The CPO programme represents Vacheron Constantin’s enduring commitment to quality and client trust.
After all, when you put in as much effort to crafting watches as Vacheron Constantin does, you want them to last as long as time.
