Ollie Dabbous, co-founder, and executive chef of Michelin-starred London restaurant HIDE, returns to host the Royal Ascot restaurant, Sandringham. Situated in a sunny corner of the Lavender Courtyard, the striking orangery inspired structure is an elegant space, evocative of an English country orchard, with a feature bar perfect for summer socialising and a large deck with lounge-style rattan furniture providing a relaxing outside space.
